Creating a simple 20-minute bedtime routine with calming scents cues the body that it’s time to rest, helping to ease stress and emotional overwhelm. Life doesn’t necessarily slow down after 50. Many women are balancing , ageing parents, adult children, grandchildren, and career changes or retirement transitions, as well as huge changes in our own well-being due to fluctuating hormones.
